This set of rub-ons are designed by Vickie Boutin for 49 and Market and her Artful Moments collection. This set includes 3 sheets of rub-ons, each measuring 6 x 12 inches. Each sheet is filled edge to edge with a variety of design, and text elements in bold, rich colors.
To use, remove the protective backing, position the sheet on your surface and burnish. The image transfers to your surface seamlessly.
