This unique and beautiful journal is made from recycled leather and measures 5 x 7 x 1.5 inches. It has gorgeous collages of maps and text on the front and back covers - with a background of deep aqua on the cover and a rich, dark inky leather on the spine. It is filled with 200 pages of deckled-edged, cotton paper, dyed to look like old parchment. The paper weight can handle both ink from a pen as well as paint. It has a beautiful hand-stitched binding with the classic X pattern visible on the spine. It closes with an antiqued-metal clasp lock. This journal is special and filled with special details!
