I wish I knew more about this item other than the fact that it is quite unique and special. These are from Africa and consist of two, extra large, capsule-shaped pendants made from metal that are hollow. These are debossed with hundreds of tiny dots. There are holes punched through the sides close to the top allowing each to hang like a chain or string They measure approximately 4 inches long by .75 inches wide. You will get the exact ones shown in the attached photos.
