This item is from Gem and is a vintage wall holder meant to house a razor and two blade packages. It has a textured silver surface  and hole at top for easy mount. In my mind, it would make the perfect container for two mini books. It is small and measures approximately 3 ⅛ x 2 ⅜ inches.
