This item is very cool. It likely dates to about the 1950s or 1960s and is a Busy Boy Tool Chest from Ohio Art. The colors are bright and vivid and the color blocks on the metal tin are wonderful. It has an attached hinged lid with handle and text on the inside back of the lid. The inside is the perfect mid-century green and it is filled with 3 original "rubber-like" vinyl tools - pliers, saw, and screwdriver. Somehow a small yellow rubber pliers has also found its way into the mix. Tin measures about 8 x 4 x 3.75 inches.
